So, it’s cold here. Like barely want to leave the house cold. That means our garage gym is pretty frigid too.
Accordingly, the workout attire has shifted from shorts to tights/capris.
I purchased the tights online from Reebok. They’re on sale now too.

You may have noticed this 3-in-1 box on Instagram. For some reason, I can’t tag Again Faster Equipment there, but that’s where we purchased it.
We’ve been able to really diversify our workout with this beauty!
It can be used as a 20″, 24″, or 30″ box (hence the 3-in-1 name) for workouts. Love it!
3 Miles
Whenever the weather is semi-tolerable, I always choose a workout with running. Once around our block is 0.5 miles or 800m, so it a nice, clean distance for WODs!
Here’s one I did using NO EQUIPMENT. But, really. When I have run 3 consecutive miles lately?! So, of course I added strength movements to make it “more fun”.
If you are a beginner, I would recommend splitting everything in half and giving yourself rest breaks whenever you need it. Slowly work your way up to the full workout.
This is also a good one to do on the treadmill when the miles are dragging.
I cannot remember how fast I completed this. Spencer and I alternated between running with the stroller and Cooper, as well as playing some defense in the garage with Jada!
