Received the Schwinn 230 Recumbent Bike in factory packaging Perfect New Condition. You can easily assemble this bike with moderate skill level in about 1:30. The supplied assembly kit has all the hardware and tools to assemble the bike. I use this Schwinn 230 daily it is quiet and reasonably comfortable. There are plenty of skill levels to choose from for a great medium price. Seating adjustment is quick and variable with NO preset positions. So, you can find the perfect seating position for pedaling. The cooling fan has 3 levels with the low being quiet and comfortable. The control panel is easy to operate and you can place your tablet in the supplied holder and charge it with the USB port. Not perfect, but good
The bike arrived very well-packaged with no damage and all parts intact. Took about an hour to remove all the wrapping, break down the box, and lay out the pieces. Assembly was another two hours - by myself. The directions are clear, but there is little information regarding the console or how to use Schwinn Connect. Luckily, searching for the manual online will provide enough info to adjust the console settings and save your data to a USB drive. The seat back is comfortable when sitting straight up, but digs into the lumbar when leaning forward. The seat itself is okay and wide, but it tilts forward causing the user to slide forward.
