Q 1: Are you a fitness equipment factory or trading company ?
A:We are a fitness equipment factory with more then 400 staff, about 20000 square meter plant building and workshop in 30000+ square meter factory area.
Q 2: Where is your factory located ?
A:Our factory is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China. Xiamen city is the famous “Fitness Equipment Capital” in China. It is the first largest city in Fujian province and was one of the original four Special Economic Zones established during the 1980s. When costs later increased dramatically for Taiwanese manufacturers, many manufacturers moved to the Chinese mainland. Now the city hosts holds more than 300 fitness equipment manufacturers. Xiamen’s administrative district recently approved an “exported fitness equipment quality and safety demonstration area” for its fitness equipment manufacturers. This public district coordinates training, manufacturing and exporting.

Q 4: How does your factory do regarding quality control ?
A:Quality is priority. Charming people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.
Q 5: How to proceed ?
A:step 1. Send us E-mail with all details, such as artworks, materials, size, colors, techniques, destination and payment terms. If you are not sure about what you want, please attached our similar pictures.
step 2. Once received your details, we’ll reply you within a very short time, and quote you price, freight charge and transfer charge.
step 3. After you confirmed the price, we will issue the invoice.
step 4. Making designs if you don’t have after receive the order payment.
step 5. If you prefer to make samples first, we will proceed the samples after receive your sample charge. If not, please skip to step 6.
step 6. After received your design or sample approval, we will start producing the bulk immediately.
step 7. Bulk production and inspection and handover the goods.
step 8. after-sales service.
Q 6: What’s common packing ?
The fitness equipment is packaged in wood case/steel pallet. We can also according to customer’s request to packing.
Q 7: If sample first possible ?
A: Sure, usually we have certain QTY of free samples, if not, we’ll charge accordingly.
Q 8: How do you transport fitness equipment ?
A: Option 1: By sea. The freight charge by sea is much cheaper than Air parcel, which is suitable for large quantity goods, and the transit time should be within 1 month.
Option 2: By express .DHL / TNT / UPS / FEDEX / EMS, which is suitable for small quantity within 1 week. The freight charge we can give should be 60% discount -30% discount of the official price.
Option 3: By air freight. It is cheaper than by express, and delivery time is less than by sea.
Q 9: How to pay ?
1.We accept T/T, WESTERN UNION, L/C at sight, etc.
2.T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before delivery.
Q 10: Should I pay for the tariffs and charges ?
A: We are not responsible for the tariffs and charges. If your country is quite strict on the tariffs, when you place an order, you’d best to tell us what value is ok to write on the package, otherwise, we will not take any responsibility for the tariffs and charges.
